The CAB is a heritage building that was transformed into world-class apartments. To complement the existing amenities the building hosts, Achieve teamed up with the management in 2020 to discuss plans for a gym.
Overview
The CAB management were involved with the Hereford Residences refresh and were looking for the same bespoke look and feel for their residents.
Challenges
With Covid creating an unpredictable environment and halting this project for a couple of years, the process was slowed but the teams were able to make significant developments in 2022. That aside, the gym space at the CAB was quite small and also located in the basement so the challenge was set from the start to provide a high end gym experience while best maximising the space available.
Solution
Achieve made equipment and layout recommendations based on the size, requirements and functionality for the residents. The installation process commenced in July 2022 and was effortless due to large doors and service elevators, which made enabled the Achieve team to roll in most of the equipment fully assembled.
Result
Feedback from the team at the CAB has acknowledged the service and value of the Achieve team from the project’s inception right through to completion.
