Pricing and orders
All prices are in NZD and include GST. If something's listed at the wrong price or with incorrect info, we reserve the right to cancel that order and refund you in full. An order is only confirmed once we've dispatched your goods, not when you receive an order confirmation email.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are given in good faith but aren't guaranteed. Orders are sent from our Auckland or South Island warehouse depending on stock, at the freight rate confirmed at checkout.
If something arrives damaged
If your order arrives damaged or something's missing, let us know within 7 days. We'll sort it out directly with the courier - you won't need to make a claim yourself.
Warranty
Goods come with a 1-year warranty against faults in parts or workmanship (for normal home use). This is on top of your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act, which aren't limited by this warranty period.
Returns and refunds
Contact us first if you'd like to return something.
- Faulty goods: we'll cover the cost of the return and repair, replace, or refund it.
- Change of mind: you have 30 days to return goods in original condition and packaging, at your own cost - this doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Using our equipment safely
Exercise carries some inherent risk. We recommend checking with a doctor or professional before starting a new fitness programme or using equipment for the first time.
Your privacy
We handle your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 2020. We only use it for the purpose you gave it to us, we won't share it with anyone else without your permission (other than service providers who help us run our business, like couriers and payment processors), and we take reasonable steps to keep it secure. You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, any time - just email orders@achievenz.co.nz.
Payment security
We don't store your card details - all payments are processed securely by Shop Pay.
Cookies
We use small files called cookies to help our website run properly and understand how it's used. Most are temporary "session" cookies that clear after 30 minutes; some last longer for analytics and remarketing. You can turn these off in your browser if you'd prefer.
Advertising
We may show ads to past visitors as they browse other websites (this is called remarketing). You can opt out through your Google ad settings or via the Network Advertising Initiative.
Governing law
This site and these terms are governed by New Zealand law.
